BREW Readers’ Choice Award 2025–2026 Winners and Finalists Announced

Brand News 24 | January 3, 2026

Australia, 3rd Jan 2026, -

The Chrysalis BREW Project has announced the winners and finalists of the Monthly and Annual BREW Readers’ Choice Award 2025–2026, following the conclusion of reader voting across the award cycle.

The BREW Readers’ Choice Award is determined through reader participation. Eligible titles must receive a minimum rating of 4.0 out of 5 stars and compete with other nominated works, with winners determined by the highest number of reader votes. As stated in the award criteria, “nominees for the award need to receive 4.0 out of 5 stars and must compete with other nominees with the book getting the most votes winning the award.”

The annual Book of the Year winner for the 2025–2026 cycle was Unbroken: Life Outside the Lines

Monthly Book of the Month winners were also recognised throughout the award year. These monthly titles qualified for annual consideration based on reader ratings and votes. The Chrysalis BREW Project notes that “not all titles may be awarded in a given period,” and that “winners may or may not be announced for a particular award round,” depending on voting outcomes.

Here are the complete lists of honourees:
